The conferral of data is optional but any refusal to provide it determines the impossibility of implementing any obligation arising under the contract for the sale of which you are party.
Data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will it be circulated.

- Certification that the operations in points a) and b) have been disclosed, including their contents, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or is manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
