Decree No. 196, 30 June, 2003 ("Code
regarding the protection of personal data")
provides for the protection of persons and
other subjects regarding the processing of
personal data.
The site of the Santo Stefano Bed and
Breakfast, located at www.santostefano.info
(herafter "Site") fully complies with national
privacy legislation and procedures in place to
meet the requirements of those laws.
According to the law, this processing will be
based on principles of correctness,
lawfulness and transparency and the
protection of your privacy and your rights.
Under Article 13 of Legislative Decree
196/2003, we provide the following
information:

the following purposes:
- Provide information and / or send
communications regarding the services
requested by the Customer;
- Data will be processed by computer,
including through the Internet.
- The conferral of data is optional but any
refusal to provide it determines the
impossibility of implementing any obligation
arising under the contract for the sale of
which you are party.
- Data will not be disclosed to other
parties, nor will it be circulated.

- At any time you may exercise your
rights towards the data controller under
Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003,

manager and the representative
appointed under article 5,
paragraph 2;
- Persons or categories of persons
to whom personal data may be
communicated or who may
become aware of them as
appointed representative of the
State area, managers or agents.
- You have the right to obtain:
- Updates, rectification or, when
requested, integration of data;
- The cancellation, transformation
into anonymous form or blocking
of data processed unlawfully,
including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which
the data was collected or
subsequently processed;
- Certification that the operations
in points a) and b) have been
disclosed, including their
contents, to those to whom the
data was communicated or
disseminated, except where this
proves impossible or is manifestly
disproportionate to the protected
right.
- You have the right to object,
in whole or in part:
- For legitimate reasons the
processing of personal data,
pertinent for collection purposes;
- The processing of personal data
for purposes of sending
advertising materials or direct
selling or for carrying out market
surveys or commercial
communication.
