POLIGNANO A MARE. A short walk from our Bed and Breakfast you will find a rocky coastline with bays and coves, for lovers of sand, 9 km to the south, there are many bathing establishments. In particular we recommend the town of Monopoli (Porto Icicle, Lido Santo Stefano), Capitolo (Lido Trappeto) and Savelletri (Lido La Sirenetta).

Nearby, however, you can visit picturesque towns. In particular Itria Valley (the area straddling the provinces of Bari, Brindisi and Taranto) you will find:

CASTELLANA GROTTE20km distance.You can enjoy the treasures kept in the basement from Puglia. Hundreds of metres down there is a karst complex of caves, the largest and most visited site in Italy.

Zoo Safari di Fasano FASANO23km distance.Characteristic for the Bari Dolmen Montalbano and the National Archeological Park of Egnatia. Do not miss the zoo and Fasanolandia amusement park for children.

ALBEROBELLO30km distance. Famous for its typical dry stone dwellings called "trulli" and dating from the Bronze Age. Since 1996, the trulli have been a World Heritage site and protected by UNESCO.

LOCOROTONDO 33km distance.Belonging to the association "The most beautiful towns in Italy" is a collection of small white houses placed on rings, from which takes its name.

Noci NOCI34km distance.Characteristic are the"Gnostre", small spaces with 3 closed sides and one open on the road. Summer is the preferred scenario for many food and wine events.

CISTERNINO 39km distance. The city faces the Itria valley, the so-called Murgia of Trulli. Delightful are the square and the many restaurants where you can taste good meat and traditional cuisine.

MARTINA FRANCA 40km distance.The main attraction of the town is without doubt the charming old town, a splendid example of Baroque art.

Ostuni OSTUNI50km distance.Also known as the "white city", belongs geographically to the region of Salento, while being only 35km from Polignano a mare. It boasts a beautiful and lively old town full of local, American bars and restaurants.

TORRE GUACETO63km distance.For those wishing to go further south, we recommend the beautiful marine area of Torre Guaceto, nature reserve and beautiful white sand beach with clear blue sea.
